Happy Monday Friends!
I hope you all had a great weekend! Bryan and I decided to take a last minute trip on Friday after noon to drive 4 hours to St. George, Utah to watch Thomas’ first tennis tournament of the season to kick off the school year. He played great! I’ll share a picture at the bottom of this post.
I also shared pictures last week on my Instagram page HERE of my homemade chocolate chip cookies. I’ll share the recipe with you all on today’s post! Yay!! I made them again last night for Sunday dinner dessert. YUM!

On a personal note…
I always love to watch my boys play tennis. The season officially starts this week and we kicked it off with a tournament in St. George over the weekend for all Varsity players state wide.
Thomas played GREAT! So proud of this boy!! He is only a sophomore and played 2nd Singles.
Okay, are you ready for my cookie recipe??!! Here we go…
Robyn’s Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
1 C Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Sticks Butter
2 1/2 C White Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
2 1/4 C Chocolate Chips
Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
I use an ice cream scooper to put my dough balls on the sprayed cookie sheets.
YUMMY!!
