My favorite holiday treat is peanut butter balls. We mix a LARGE jar of crunchy peanut butter, 1 stick of margarine and confectioners sugar. I heat my peanut butter and margarine in the microwave for just a bit u til it’s mixable. Then add enough confectioners sugar until mixture is no longer sticky & balls can be formed. Roll out balls onto parchment paper, dip peanut butter balls into melted milk chocolate. ❤️
