On a personal note…
For the past 4 weeks I have been trying to go outside at least once a day and take a walk/run. I am up to about 2 1/2 – 3 miles a day, which is good for me. Yes, I have been a marathon runner in the past but I am not longer a runner. I enjoy playing tennis or lifting weights but I do think it is good for my mental health to be out as much as possible.
It’s also a great reminder to me of the beautiful world that I live in.
Also, I surprised my 22 year old daughter, Katelyn, with a custom quilt I made for her. She LOVED it!!
Have a wonderful weekend!! I will see you soon!
Hugs,
Robyn

Stinkin’ cute card! I started walking a few months ago…but then it got too hot and humid for me. I’ll pick up again in the winter. Gotta get that cholesterol down and fit a little bit better into my clothes!

Watched the video on youtube when you posted it and loved how you lined it all up, the the circles and strip. Very cute! I miss walking (and may be slightly jealous!) I started walking daily when I joined WW a few years ago and, even with SD winters, had only missed 2 days in all that time until this year. Have developed muscle pain and tests show I have a breakdown of muscle tissue. Ugh! I am doing good if I can walk around the block and even that is painful, so enjoy those walks and go a little further for me!
