On a personal note…

Yesterday I spend my day (after home church) sewing masks that I could donate to local health care workers.  These go OVER their medical grade masks and are washable.  They help extend the life of their medical masks.  I was only able finish 10 but they have the ties so they will last a bit longer & are good for those with latex allergies.

Some have asked what the purpose of making these masks is.  In some areas they are running out of supplies and have been told they can wear a bandana.  These will be so much better than a bandana but they are still not a virus protector.  These are also great to donate to doctors who work with kids or in senior centers. They can bring a smile to a patient.  🙂

Here is one of the tutorials I used but changed it up to add fabric ties instead of latex elastic.

I want you all to know that I am thinking about you and am SO grateful for you!  Thank you for taking the time to read what I put out there.  I have been at this blogging thing for over 13 years and it has not gotten any easier over the years.  I always want to provide the best content for my amazing viewers!
