Happy Monday Everyone!

It’s been a crazy busy weekend for me.  I hope you have had a great one!  I wanted to share this week’s Pink Candy Giveaway!  I absolutely LOVE the Foxy Friends Stamp Set & Matching Punch so I thought I would give a set away!

Last Wednesday through Saturday we had a Cardon Family Reunion up in the mountains of Southern Utah.  It was GORGEOUS and we had a BLAST!  I think I needed a break from my house and to be with family.  Here are some of our fun pictures.  The Cardons are something else!  Cheesy, funny, and absolutely the BEST!  We celebrated my father in law’s 80th birthday!  My inlaws have 11 children, 11 children in law, 69 grandchildren, and I believe they have 16-20 great grandchildren already!!  WOW!!!  There are a total of 13 of us on my side of the family including grandkids!  
(All 11 of my inlaw’s children were there.  They played Family Fued answering questions about their father.)

Yesterday, my good friend, Laura, passed away after dealing with colon cancer for almost 3 years.  She will be greatly missed.  The past 3 weeks have been super sad for a lot of us.  I am so grateful that she was in my life.  Because of her I am a better person today.  Love you my sweet Laura……  until we meet again.

    So sorry to hear about your friend's passing. I have also lost people near and dear to me this year and it is hard. 🙁 praying for comfort for you and those who knew and loved her.

    Wow what a neat family! My side has just 10 with maybe the first grandkid getting married sometime soon, that would be my sister's kid. Sorry for your loss! Love that you shared pictures of your family reunion, how blessed you are! Loving the fox stamp. Our neighborhood has grey tale foxes that try to run wild. But they aren't as cute as this fox set.     Congrats to last week's winners! This is such an awesome giveaway this week! I am, however, so sorry to hear of your friend's passing. It just doesn't make sense to us when God takes someone who has so much life left to live, but take comfort in knowing that he has a plan and a purpose for her. I lost my best friend when we were 19 and I miss her everyday but it helps when I think about how much God needed her and that she's eternally safe in his world of love and contentment. I'm not sure who wrote this verse but I love it….

    Those we love don't go away.
    They walk beside us every day.

    It provides me with a lot of comfort when I need it. Anyway, thanks again for the awesome giveaway and I'm glad you had such a good time at your family reunion! Have a great day!

    I am absolutely loving this set and the card you made. In my scrapbooking circle of friends, it has become a joke about me and foxes because I avoided the What Does the Fox say song and craze for the longest time. So they tease me about foxes all the time and the joke is on them because now I kind of like foxes. LOL

    Looks like the reunion was a blast Robyn! How wonderful for your husband's parents to have all their children at the reunion, that can be hard to do in this day and age. So good for all of you for making this a top priority!! I'm so sorry for your loss Robyn, my husband fought color cancer for 2 years to the day before the dreaded cancer took his life.     Looks like so much fun. I came from a family that did those reunions every year. We have all moved so far away and grown apart. Its kinda sad. BUT…. I get to scrapbook the memories. I keep looking at that stamp and punch and need to just order the thing! Or win it!

    Looked like the reunion was a great success..especially the marshmallow contest!! That looked like a lot of fun!
    I would like to extend my condolences to you for the loss of your friend. Whether you knew this coming and you prepared yourself for this for weeks/month, it still doesn't make the loss of a great friend any better. I'm sorry Robyn that you have to deal with this at anytime, sorry that anyone has to lose anyone to that horrible disease. I pray your heart will mend really soon.
