Day 15 of A Card a Day in May – Team Swap!

Happy Monday!!  

I’m going to have two different posts today so don’t forget to check back this evening for Day 16.  I’m trying to play catch up this morning!  lol!!  

A lot of fun things going on in my world right now!

My oldest daughter, Katelyn, graduates from High School a week from tomorrow!!  I can’t believe how fast she has grown up.  Time really does go by so fast!  She was asked to speak in church on Sunday along with her best friend, Carlie.  (Isn’t it great that we both have our Karlee’s?!)  Here is a picture I snapped before the services start.  We normally don’t take pics in the chapel but I was very discrete!  She gave a wonderful talk about how the Atonement has helped her through her challenges.

I’ll try not to get all sappy on you but I am so proud of this little girl.  She has overcome many trials this year with friends, etc.  I’m excited to see all the things she is going to do with her life.  She has so much potential to be anything she wants to be!  We send her off to BYU Hawaii in November!

    Congrats to your graduate! Such a big accomplishment for her AND you. I teach first grade and this is my 12th year.. First class graduating! I'll be helping hand out diplomas.. Cue the tears! Let's not talk about when my own 2 yr old gets there! 🙂
