Happy Monday Everyone!


Are you ready for your weekend to be over yet?  I actually love Mondays.  It is a chance for me to get caught up from the mess over the weekend.  I also love it because I get to work in my office for most of the day!  I love working from home and being my own boss.  It rocks!!  


I also received a new church calling yesterday and was released from my calling as Young Women President.  In our church (the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints or Mormon Church), we get asked to volunteer our time in specific assignments.  We do not get to choose what we would like to do.  For the past 14 months I was “called” to be the President over the Young Women’s Organization.  It was a wonderful calling that demanded much of my time, which I didn’t mind at all. The Lord has different things in mind for me now but I will miss those sweet Young Women!  So happy that they all live within two blocks of my house!  I still plan on visiting them regularly.  🙂

    so glad you had a great time with the young ladies. I find it so fulfilling and fun to shepherd into young ladies. they can be like sponges. and it is fun to watch them grow into beautiful ladies of God

    Would love to win. I have not tried Paper Pumpkin yet. Was out your way on a month long road trip this summer 13 states and 28 National Parks. Beautiful out there.

      I'm a ward missionary which I am SOOOOO excited to do! It's basically what I am doing already! Welcoming new families to our church and neighborhood, being a friend, and teaching once in a while with the missionaries of our church. We had the opportunity to work with the missionaries a ton when we lived in Oklahoma but not so much in Utah. So happy to be doing that!!

      It was a pleasure to meet you! I'm sure we have a picture together somewhere in my picture files. I love anything that supports cancer research. I've had a best friend going through it recently and I would have done ANYTHING for her!!
