    2017 was a very hard year for me and didn’t spend as much time as I would have liked crafting. 2018 Is looking a lot brighter and am enjoying crafting again.     I’m in OK and our ‘office’ is really a safe room. With my husband and I both using laptops, we rarely use the room as an office any longer; it’s more of a storage room for scrapbook supplies, paperwork, etc. I want to clean it out and make it a functional, neat and tidy storage room!

    I really like what the first person to comment said. Duplicate cards this year. That would be a wise thing for me to do too. I would like to try and have a little stamp class in my home. Also just want to spend more time with Jesus in Scripture, make cards that will bless others.

    What a cute little card that can be used for so many happy occasions! I would love to win a Big Shot because I don’t even have a die cut machine at all and have to borrow my mom’s when she comes to visit. Of course, then I would want all the dies, so there is that! For 2018 I hope to spend more time crafting and start sewing small projects. Last year was so busy that my craft time got shoved to the side and I always feel better when I can be creative.     2017 was a year of adjusting my life to a new normal. I had lost the love of my life in May of 2016, my husband of 30 years. My son helped me convert a spare bedroom into a truly happy craft space. My husband had always supported my hobby and his presence is evident all over the room. I make many many cards for family , friends and my church family and want to continue that. I’d like to just play in there more and not be in such a rush to get cards made and in the mail but even then I enjoy it so much. People seem really to enjoy getting them and that is what it’s all about. Have a wonderful joy-filled year!

    I am planning a trip to Disneyland for the spring! I’m really excited about it. Have not gone in about 4 years, and it’s my favorite destination! Lots of good memories there, and I was fortunate to get to go there pretty regularly while I was growing up.
